Pat Fabozzi, Fitness and Nutritional Consultant to The Estee Lauder Companies for 21 years and Duty Free Shops for 4 years, holds a M.S. Degree in Physical Therapy, M.S. in Sports Medicine and a B.S. degree in physical education. She has pursued post-graduate work in Preventative and Rehabilitative Exercise. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health Fitness Specialist and by the Human Performance Institute as a Train the Trainer presenter.
Coach Pat designs customized program for fitness, nutrition, injury rehabilitation, golf conditioning and golf swing analysis. Pat also travels to office settings or by virtual assessment, to evaluate office ergonomic issues. She has written fitness and nutrition articles and has been a successful collegiate coach, capping her career with an NCAA Division III championship. She has taught and coached extensively at Indiana University, Mount Holyoke College, Vassar College, SUNY Cortland and LeMoyne College.
Coach Pat has spoken nationally and internationally. She is available to speak to both large and small corporations and will design a fitness program for company adaptation or for individuals.
