  1. Running Video Analysis Via Your IPhone / Blackberry or Video Camera:

DETERMINE YOUR MUSCULAR WEAKNESS

How does this work?
For a video capable phone:
  • Have a friend video you running from these positions: Directly towards the video phone, walking away from the video phone and from the side so that one shoulder is towards the phone’s video camera.
  • Run at your normal pace for 10 steps (counting from right heel strike to right heel strike).
  • Video from the hips to the ankles. Some hip weaknesses can affect the knee and also the ankle.
  • Email the video clip to your computer and
  • If you don’t have the opportunity to download to a computer, send your video directly to: 908.500.3198
  • From this clip, Coach Pat will provide you with exercises to strengthen the weak muscles.
  • Class size limit: 20

  • Repeat the above steps and download it to your computer and

  1. Golf Swing Analysis Via Your IPhone / Blackberry:

PROPER MECHANICS MAKE THE SHOT

How does this work?
  • Have a friend video you address the ball and then begin your swing. Take a full swing. You may use a driver or iron.
  • Swing at your normal cadence for 6 swings for each position.
  • Video the swing from the front facing the golfer, followed by the back and finally standing behind the takeaway of the swing. (The golfer will be bringing the club back from addressing the ball so please allow enough room so as not to be struck by the club). Be sure to film the club at the top of the swing.

How does class work?
  • Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 2 new exercises will be sent to you.
  • You can choose to perform only the 2 exercises of the day or add each set of 2 exercises onto the previous day’s exercises.
